Dr. Ozik has a decade of quantitative investment experience as head of investment solutions at Nexar Capital (acquired by UBP), hedge fund manager / head of hedge fund solutions at Société Générale Asset Management and quantitative derivatives trading at NISA Investment Advisors. His prior academic experience includes teaching financial derivatives, investments theory and quantitative research at HEC Paris, Dauphine University and EDHEC Business School where he is currently an affiliate professor and research associate. Dr. Ozik earned a B.Sc from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (cum laude), an MBA from Washington University (first graduate in finance), and a Ph.D. from EDHEC Business School.
Prof. Sadka is the chairperson of the finance department at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College. Prior academic experience includes teaching at the University of Chicago (Booth), New York University (Stern), Northwestern University (Kellogg), and the University of Washington (Foster). His research is published regularly in leading finance journals. Industry experience includes serving as Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Lehman Brothers (quantitative strategies), and on the economic advisory board of NASDAQ OMX. Prof. Sadka earned a B.Sc. (Magna Cum Laude) and a M.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude), both from Tel-Aviv University, and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
Mr. Shezifi is a technology expert and entrepreneur with extensive industry experience. Over the past 15 years, Shezifi developed several cutting edge technologies and took-part in leading numerous start-up companies to successful exits. Most recently these include Celebros, where he developed search solutions, and Neustar, where he served as the principal architect and designed the communication system. Mr. Shezifi earned a B.Sc and MBA both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Prof. Froot is Founding and Managing Partner of FDO Partners and a Founding Partner of State Street Associates. Academic experience includes over a decade as André R. Jakurski Professor of Finance at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business, where he’s currently a Professor Emeritus. During his rich academic career he taught courses in Capital Markets, International Finance, Investment Management and Risk Management and was Research Director. Prior, to coming to Harvard, Froot held the Ford International Development Chair at MIT. His research and books on a wide range of topics in finance and international economics have been published by leading academic journals and publishing houses. Industry experience includes serving financial companies, countries, and official institutions, including the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and the Council of Economic Advisers to the US President. Prof. Froot earned a B.A. from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
